MONICA HUNTER
Monica came across Pilates while working the front desk at a local studio. This position allowed her to take class for free and she quickly became obsessed with all of the benefits she noticed. She had previous injuries from playing sports all of her life and Pilates was the first form of exercise that helped the pain instead of making it worse! Through Pilates Monica saw people with chronic pain, who started out feeling hopeless, walk into the studio weeks later as a whole new person! Her goal is to help people feel their best and walk through life with joy, confidence, and as little physical pain as possible.
Outside of Pilates you’ll find her hanging out with her German shepherd, husband, and new baby boy!
